Break off about 1 teaspoon (2g) of tea by gently tearing the pressed leaves off in a chunk. Stores well in our resealable black, stand-up pouches. Steep for about 4-5 minutes in boiling water. Re-steep two more times for a lighter infusion for 7-10 minutes.
