More about Blossoming Tea

Mystical and beautiful, blossoming teas are also known as blooming teas, ornamental teas or display teas. Whatever you decide to name them, they are like tea bouquets, usually made of green tea leaves, hand-tied together with flowers and compressed into a pod. When submerged in boiling water, the pod opens before your eyes into a beautiful ornament, much like a bouquet of flowers. Some of them even look like sea creatures!

Rare blossoming teas are made from silver needles white teas and taste wonderful, due to the naturally sweet and floral notes of white tea buds.
