Georgian Wild Harvest

Product Description

We have a limited stock of this newer Georgian tea, harvested from wild tea shrubs. Originating from the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains near the Black Sea, these bushes are of the Chinese varietal. Because of Georgia's geography and meterology, the teas in this region contain microzones, which add more depth to the character of the tea. Mildly sweet, with subtle fruit notes, this rare tea steeps nicely for at least two infusions, at boiling temperature, 212 degrees Fahrenheit, for 4-6 minutes.

Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.
