Steep one teaspoon of loose tea per 6-8oz. of boiling water, 212°F, for 3.5-4 minutes.

Loose leaf tea comes packaged in a foil-lined, opaque pouch that has a resealable zip-lock to maintain freshness.

Favorite Black Tea

This is an excellent tea with a pleasing aroma. I enjoy serving it at tea parties. It complements pastries and treats nicely. While drinking it I can envision myself at the Plaza Hotel enjoying afternoon tea.
